At the November Board of Trustees meeting the Board by a 6-5 vote approved a funding agreement with the City of Dallas. The Board agreed to end the current lawsuit with the City through an agreed judgment. The funding agreement provides for possible supplemental payments to retirees and beneficiaries. It is expected that the Board will consider these supplemental payments early next year.
