Kelly Gottschalk | Executive Director
Kelly Gottschalk joined the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System (DPFP) as Executive Director in April 2015 and has overall responsibility for DPFP’s administration, operations and investments.
From 2009 to April 2015, Ms. Gottschalk served in numerous capacities with the City of Tucson, Arizona, most recently as its Deputy City Manager. Prior to that, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Assistant City Manager, where she oversaw the City’s $1.3 billion operating and capital budget. Gottschalk was responsible for more than 2,900 employees across 12 departments, which included the Police and Fire Departments. She also was responsible for the City’s defined benefit plan, with 5,000 members and $650 million in assets.
Kelly has more than 15 years of public service, and worked five years as a public finance investment banker. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Metropolitan State College, Denver. She holds CPA licenses in Texas (active), Arizona (active) and Colorado (inactive), and has previously held Series 7 and 63 Securities licenses.
